Brief
In 2016, Stadtwerke Schneeberg acquired a tennis hall built in the 1990s – a property in a remote location that needed a viable and permanently profitable use.
Solution
Together with us, the multi-entertainment centre concept “Fundora” was created – consistently designed to turn the remote hall into a destination with optimum utilisation. The concept worked: Fundora remains a fixture in the region to this day.
