What is LOOPGATE ONE?

LOOPGATE ONE connects everything your guests touch between arrival and departure: online ticket, car park, RFID wristband, speedgate, locker, vending machines, ordering at the table, payment and gamification. Everything runs on one database and one dashboard – with one contact instead of many separate suppliers.

Software and hardware come from a single source: from the ticket kiosk with wristband dispenser and speedgates in your choice of colour to the self-service tap station. Existing systems can be connected via interfaces such as REST API, DATEV export, hotel PMS or ERP.

For trampoline parks, climbing parks, pools and escape rooms, a time system controls access to the minute – with booked time slots, length of stay and capacity per zone.
